Both of those were pretty good.

But that CaSeKeY think sounded kinda like Trusted Computing.

Uhh, no, casekeys as described there is only two simple steps.
1. Make your email address case sensitive.
2. UsE miXed CaSe iN adDreSS.

No security (and thus no opportunity for control) at all. Just case sensitivity combined with leet speak. Passwords are good to type in leet speak but emails are public so everyone would know how you mix your cases. The spam bots would just become case sensitive too and then you haven't gained anything.
