How does linspires deal with microsoft affect ubuntu?

I was just wondering because linspire is now officially based off of ubuntu.

I guess microsoft can't get any leverage on ubuntu with this because it would only affect the changes linspire made to ubuntu.

But does it affect ubuntu in any other ways?

Sometime, we will have the option to use CNR repositories. Mark is not going to force us to use those repoes

Actually CNR.com is up now and we can use it if we wan't.
