Linux Administrator Testimonials

Hi guys,
I am preparing some material for my personal blog to "teach" newbies how to become a linux administrator (very simple, generalistic things).

I would like to add some "feedback" and "testimonials" from people who actually are linux system administrators (I'm not a real one, I mean, I do six/seven different things, and I don't feel really guru in any of them).

So, basically, I would like you to post answers to these points:

- Country in which you are located, how many years of linux sysadmin you have
- Three positive things about being a system administrator
- Three negative things about being a system administrator
- Your own suggestion for Linux sysadmin (avoid repeating things written above)
