Hi. I'm looking to buy a computer for around £400 (that's $800 US) in the UK. Getting a refund on windows appears
I'm looking for suppliers that sell computers with a free operating system, or none at all. Or else, from someone with a good reputation for returning refunds for windows. Is there a good list of such suppliers anywhere?

I found this for £400, AMD ATHLON 64 3800 Dual Core. Comes with XP. £400, comes with a screen. If Acer weren't renowned for being impossible to get a refund from, I'd go for that.
