Hi at all!
I am working on a little live CD optimized for my band :guitar:

I installed rhyme, audacity, ding and a few other packages on it. Now i would like to change the design a little bit. The wallpaper I've already changed (that wasn't to hard )

My questions are:

Where does Ubuntu save the opycity of the panels?
Where are the themes saved?
If I change the key /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_theme will this be enough to change the theme on my live CD? Do I have to register the Theme?

So, I think that's it. Hope someone can help me!

Many thanks!

Regards,
Simple Man

You might want to look here for some ideas about other themes, icons, splash screens, etc. : http://www.gnome-look.org/index.php and you may learn something from here too : http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/

Panel opacity is in /apps/panel/toplevels/panel_x/background/opacity key
