Anybody in the Triangle area is welcome to come out to UNC-Chapel Hill tomorrow at 6pm to hear Joey Carr give a presentation of video editing in Linux. He'll be doing basically the same presentation in September at Red Hat where the TriLUG meetings are held. I have no idea what distro Joey uses, but it's likely the tools he uses could be used in ubuntu.
