Does anybody have experience using HP Web Jetadmin? The Dell support forum, Yahoo! Answers, MozillaZine and a mailing list I administrate have not be helpful in answering my question. We have a Dell 5310n over here at the Dev office that gives a "device communication error." We have another Dell, a few Xerox printers and a ton of HP printers that all work fine with the program. I'm assuming there's some port or service I need to open up, but I don't know what it is. Any help is appreciated.
