It is unfortunate that Windows rules the desktop market. I would like to know if Windows rules the Server or likewise markets too or its Linux? And what is the percentage? Please inform. Thanks:)

The majority of web servers run Linux, but in the corporate world most file/print servers probably run Windows.

Yes, but Apache runs on Windows, too.

Did anyone count database servers?

The latest statistic I have seen put Windows at 49% of the server market, the rest was divided between various UNIX variants. So Windows actually rules the server market as it has the highest share of any one product but it's not monopolizing it.
