I have made this website layout but I don't know how to use it.
I have Dreamweaver if it's helping.

What do you mean don't know how to use it? Is that some kind of dreamweaver template or a mockup made by you? I'd say use CSS.

Ya sorry, I don't know how to do it with CSS in Dreamweaver.

So, you don't know how to use Dreamweaver or how to "code" HTML and CSS? There are books about using Dreamweaver, get one and learn to use it. And there's a wealth of resources about using HTML and CSS. Official source for specs is at W3C (http://www.w3c.org/).

I don't undersand how to do the first thing in Spry Widgets (http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/features/) (with CSS and that orange buttons)
