Not sure if this is what you need, but you can always check the (unofficial) Ubuntu Guide (http://ubuntuguide.org).
edit: this guide is not about "how to use Ubuntu", but more like "how to install stuff in Ubuntu"...

thanks man for the link anyway man.but mean like courses that teach you how to set up ubuntu server and how to use iptables how to restrict web access anything a future ubuntu admin would need.all help much appreciated
