It basically makes a chatroom for every website you visit. So if you're looking over the forums here at UbuntuForums.org then anyone with the extension will beable to talk directly with you. To get Peekko just go to the following link, click install, then restart FireFox. The more people that use it the more people can get chatting. Tell your friends!
