OpenMedia is a company making media players for storing and playing movies, listening to music and watching pictures, and best part is it runs on Ubuntu.

For more info about their products lookup http://www.openmedia.co.nz

It all sounds beautiful but it is only available in New Zealand, being a chap living in Denmark I want one too and asked what my possibilities are, 5 minutes later my response was that they had no stores in Europe or other places than NZ selling their products, and asked if I knew anyone interested in the task, they would gladly know about it.

So here we are, do you have any ideas on what could be possible? Or maybe one of you know a company that would pick up this challenge which I think would be a great move to get Ubuntu into more homes.

Whilst the current myPVR base is Knoppmyth we have been working with the mythbuntu guys with the aim of moving the next release over to Ubuntu.
