Menus

A friend of mine somehow deleted there Application, Places, and System menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen. How do you get it back?

Easy. Right click the panel. Select add to panel. Scroll down until you see "Menu Bar". Drag it to the place you want it.
Oh, and the cafe is not for help questions, only for general discussion. Next time post it in "General Help", or "Absolute Beginner".
