So, I bought an OPPO DVD player back in December and I use it all the time. I just wanted to pimp out this brand because they are kind of obscure and deserve some recognition. http://www.oppodigital.com/
They get a lot of positive feedback at the AVS Forum. Seriously, if anyone is looking for a great product, OPPO rocks the competition. It is similar to a Philips DVP 642 in that it plays backed up discs that are xvids/divx, and dvd/rw's. And since I have both, I put them side by side and OPPO not only loads faster, but it has smoother playback and is built nicer. Plus? It's video upconversion is awesome on HDTV's.
Just thought I would offer a suggestion to look them up because they really are an awesome company to work with. They deserve a look, IMO. So, give them a glance if you have time. :)
