Just curious, anyone using Ubuntu (or any other *buntu versions) for office tasks, quicky but not Ubuntu-Server related ?

My office standards (at IBM by the way) are Either SuSe or Red Hat. I had installed Ubuntu 7.04 on a server we had been given but they replaced it with Fedora.

Checking email and browsing these forums are two of the functions I'm using Ubuntu on at the moment.

Off topic comment: A project I'm currently working on is trying to get a laptop running Ubuntu, an old Win98SE-based desktop and a dual-boot desktop (Ubuntu & XP) all talking to each other wirelessly. Frankly I'm beginning think my old Win98 machine is getting a little past it......a sparse supply of knowledge, experience and hardware is making the task interesting.
