Is there an alternative to an IDE like SharpDevelop that will let me code using the .NET Compact Framework?

Or is this something I'm going to have to rely on wine or something similar for?

I have MonoDevelop installed, but it seems that's just for standard C# apps, nothing in the wizards or that I could find on Google about developing for the .NET Compact Framework.
