Will you ever see any hardware requirments that state linux kernal x.x.x or above or approved for Ubuntu linux systems ?

I have a Kingston 1 GB USB stick that sais "Requires Linux 2.4 or higher" on the back of the box :D

damn, guess i need to go looking at best buy more often lol, have you guys seen any graphic cards with linux requirements? i know this is a touchy hardware config considering the drivers

my evga 6600GT had something on there, I'm pretty sure, but it didn't ship with linux drivers.
