Can't remember this sci-fi scary reality show

There's one episode in particular I'm trying to find a clip from. There's a guy helping clean an old lab and they dress a little person in a rat costume and have him run across the room. They guy they are trying to scare screams like a little girl and hilarity ensues.

Even the name of the show would be super helpful.
