Hi all,
I am considering switching to Linux BIOS, I've heard its good.
But first, I want to know a few things please :)
1. I have a Lenovo notebook with a HEL00 motherboard and Intel chipset and Insyde BIOS. Is it supported?
2. I don't have a floppy drive. How to go about flashing the BIOS?
3. Do I have something to lose? What if the whole thing goes wrong? Will I be able to revert back to the original BIOS? Will I need to throw the system away? My notebook is pretty new btw.

And loads of other things but I cant remember them off the top of my head right now lol, will let you know as and when.
Thanks.

I thought you had to have a supported motherboard to run Linux bios and there was only one of those

It's not hard but, if your asking those kind of questions its probably not worth your time.

There was a thread about this before.

Right now it is a ball ache to get going and you risk rendering your MB unusable.
