YouTube Guitar Lessons Pulled in Copyright Spat

Morning Edition, July 6, 2007 · Thousands of guitar students lost a valuable resource last week. The most popular guitar teacher on YouTube saw his more than 100 videos yanked from the site. The reason: a music company accused him of copyright infringement for an instructional video on how to play a Rolling Stones song.....

If the story with Microsoft and "patents" violation continues, someday we may read this on the Ubuntu site: "Everything else on this page, including the numbers 16, 48 and 100 is or may become a trademark of Microsoft, Corp., except for trademarks of their respective owners that are used for product identification purposes only."
