Well, to begin Ir eally dislike windows, but there are some programs I would love to run on my computer that Linux just can't run, so I was searching the web one day when i noticed that it's possible to run Mac OSX on some intel PC's, so basically what I want to know is whether I could do this with my computer, I have a Toshiba labtop with an Intel core, as well as a slimline HP with an intel Processor, so i was hoping that some one here could point me in the right direction.:D

i would recommend getting a real mac, a lot of bugs. but its really great if you get everything running.

Besides being illegal, I would advise you not to do it since these hacked versions normally get a lot of bugs for being run in not supported hardware.

I have heard good things about something called PearPC, which should allow you to install Mac OS X. However, you need to buy a licensed installation DVD from Apple to do this.

It is indeed illegal to run Mac OS on non-Mac hardware. Maybe we can close this ?

From the Tiger End User License Agreement (http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/macosx104.pdf):
This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time. (Emphasis added)
