Human readable version of GNU GPL 3?

Is there by any chance a human readable version of GNU GPL 3? Like Creative Commons' human readable licenses or at least a summarised version.

Creative Commons actually got a human readable version of GPL 2 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/GPL/2.0/). I hope they will make one for GPL 3 too.
