When I was looking through DistroWatch, I found a Google ad that made references to Debian (18,000+ packages). After clicking on the ad, I ended up finding a FOSS Debian installer for Windows. You can get the installer at http://www.goodbye-windows.com. (http://www.goodbye-windows.com)
Unfortunately, I can only install on a real partition instead of a file, which means I had to resize my NTFS partition and install on the free space.
