Ultimate Ubuntu.

Ubuntu has given me so much, I have just started my new project Ultimate Ubuntu. An article based site, it's aim to help Ubuntu and GNU/Linux users get the most from their systems.
A bit empty at the moment, I would really appreciate comments, feedback about this site. If you have any article ideas/suggestions please feel free to drop me an email.
This is my little way of giving back to a community that has given me so much.
I know it is shameless advertising, but with your help this could become a nice information based website to help a whole host of users out.

While I would welcome any initiative like this... I would think you need to put a little more effort into it.

If you want to attract attention to your site, you should probably start the site with a lot of ready material. Like the boys at doc.gwos.org who has a lot of nice material. Once you got a good start like that, if you then also make it possible for people to add their own stuff... You got a good thing going. But you've got a long way to go before that. Also, remember to keep your guides up to date. Or start off now by categorizing guides by Ubuntu-versions (one section for feisty guides, one for edgy, dapper, gutsy, and so on). But most of all, you need to do a lot of work yourself by writing content. That will not happen by itself. This site is such a good resource, you're up against some heavy competition. ;-)
