Does it sound like a good idea to anybody else to have a section where employers looking for ubuntu experts and/or ubuntu experts looking for employers could post?

It could be a good idea, though what I could forsee happening, is that it would turn into an unused subform that just randomly gets messages every blue moon. It just wouldn't be great to have too many sub forums that get a message once or twice a month. Employers tend to use online job banks for the most part, and probably wouldnt' spend a great deal of time hunting through forums (Aside from rare exceptions)

This this site should stay as non commercial as possible, there are allready many employment websites.

I was thinking more along the lines of people occasionally posting "Hey, my boss says we're hiring for a network person in the ____ area." Not meant to be used more than once in a blue moon. Maybe it could just be one thread... the "Hey, my place is hiring" thread...

But what gave me the idea is this: my place is actually hiring for a network person in the Springfield, MO area.

No, because we already have the Community Market (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=38) forum, which is suitable for that kind of thing.
