I'm currently an admin for Full Circle Magazine (an ubuntu e-magazine). Our contributors, translators, writers, and editors have been using activeCollab (http://www.activecollab.org) for collaboration and coordination (calendar, posting notes, todo, sharing files) and some multi-person teams (translators mostly) have been physically working together or using Google Docs for document collaboration.
I'm looking for a good collaboration solution - ideally, it would include document collaboration (like Google docs) and project management (like activeCollab, BaseCamp, or something like that). Like I said, we're currently using activecollab. It works, but there could be better.
I'd like to ask the UbuntuForums community for suggestions on software - I can't really find any good (and free) solutions besides activeCollab. I know there's basecamp, but you have to pay for the amount of users we'd need.
Any suggestions? :D
