It's not about Ubuntu in general, it's about what open source is letting people do. I thought it was a great story.

This is something that I wish would become a trend in government, as well. There is so much waste in licensing agreements, technical support, etc in government when they could move to OSS and not only save tons of money, but also be have a more stable and secure operation, not to mention producing standards-compliant documents that you don't have to own MS Word or Excel to use.
