What do you think of the new IBM chipset

I heard about this chip a few days back and searched for some info today. This is pretty impressive.

This is kind of amazing as this tech can be very useful in many ways pertaining to data bases etc.

I would remove the first link from your post as it deals with asics and not the Power architecture (ex PPC).
