taurus post attachments issue

hello Taurus

now, i oughta have an option here somewhere that lets me attach a file....however, not so, there has to be a reason for this

You can attach an image by clicking on the Manage Attachments icon below.

Ah, but i dont seem to have a "Manage Attachments" icon as shown in your screenshot!
That is the problem, either i have inadvertently disabled it, or its vanished:(
I have "Miscellaneous Options" and "Thread Subscription" but not one for attachments
