Somehow, the above link keeps popping up in a "Save as" dialogue box in both Firefox and Konqueror for me.

So, anyone able to get this url load in their browsers?

The Home Page is attached. I saved it via Scrapbook the Firefox extension.

After I added the "l" it worked. That's very strange, I expected Firefox to be able to interprit that "htm" is "html". I also often get error with "php", where Firefox decides to save the "php" site instead of visiting it.

The same happens for me. Firefox does not recognize *.htm files, only *.html. Just add an "l" to the end of the url

why do you blame firefox?? I'm pretty sure that it's web server that doesn't handle .htm or .php file types.
Btw, "Save as" dialog for .php pages is often a result of php timeout caused by a script.
