I'm just curious as to whether or not it'll mess up a Wubi installation that my C:\ drive is just a storage drive (and is where I want Ubuntu installed), and my F:\ drive is my actual windows drive and thus has my boot.ini. I just don't want to mess anything up, so if anyone knows if it'd create problems please tell me :)
