In the misc options tab:

Offset Scale = 8.1221
Water Viscosity = 0.1900
Initial Vertices = 2587

In the "title wave" tab:

Amplitude = 1.00

These settings seem to yield the most realistic water you can get on Beryl. Try it out! :D

Hey! I see water in my bathtub! in the toilet! in my glass! Wait, I dont believe it, there's water outside! It's raining!

Here's a trick: fill a bowl with water, and drop small objects into it. The ripple effect is amazing.

bad wolfen. Making members cry = bad.... go sit in the corner for an hour :p.

As for the effects, yes, settings do look pretty cool (though I always thought water was cool enough on any setting, I have low standard). Anyway, go Beryl I love it :D.

The beryl wiki has lots of great documentation, although it's not as good as it used to be in my opinion.

Just a heads-up, you can't quite get the same effect on CF, with the ccsm. It's still quite realistic with just the offset scale.
