I have a small computer store and I offer refilling for Dell and Lexmark printers. A customer customer called and reported the system is telling him the ink is empty and it is not printing.
I researched the problem online and found the this cartridge has a chip as a preventative measure to refilling. Does anyone know how to bypass the measure? I can't seem to find the instructions.
