Dell-buntu laptops get Nvidia option

Maybe this is old news, but when I first checked out the Dell-buntu laptops you could only get the intel integrated graphics. I just checked today and the "Nvidia GeForce Go 7300 TurboCache" (mouthful) is available as an option.

Not old news. That's awesome wonder what drivers it ships and whether suspend works though.
