Software Freedom Day is September 15th.

Maybe we should start planning events throughout the state.

each region should register individually as well. perhaps as paloco_<region> or something like that. This may be a good sort of global event where the regional teams can work indepentantly of the full loco while always checking in with the loco for ideas and such.
