Ok, call it just a theory, but, Microsoft's (R) (TM) (C) sudden revelation of these 235 patent breaches, which are, as yet, completely nameless. Am I the only one who thinks this could be a threat, to pressure dell into not using Ubunutu as an alternate OS in its new PCs.

One thing is clear, Redmond has Open Source in its target scopes, but, it will find that, since we are not a company, but a community, it can't break us or buy us out.

What? This is crap! The kernel is ancient! How can it be a copyright infringement? They are just trying to scare us, especially since they are losing money to us. Linus is right. They need to tell us what we are violating or it is nothing more than empty threats.
