Would anyone happen to know what font the Ubuntu logo uses?

It's called "Ubuntu-Title".

It was made using paths apparently.

You're welcome, I believe it's included in the standard ubuntu installation, you should be able to find it OpenOffice, for example. Otherwise you can use the link Paul820 provided.

You can get it using apt-get


sudo apt-get install ttf-ubuntu-title
