Anyway, I've quickly read important sections of it and I find that it seems fine to me. And for everyone who believes it to be too restrictive, remember BSD is just around the corner...

You should double up the options to distinguish between version 2 and 3. I've got different opinions about them.

Really? How different are 2 and 3? I was under the impressions most of the changes 3 were aiming at were for preventing corporate deals like the MS novell thing, and other protections against corporate actions. There something bad they are changing or making worse?

The more comple the more bugs as the knowing goes. but I think gplv3 will do it's job just fine.

Seeing that the GPL v3 is not out yet, I voted not strict enough for v2.

Same here.

GPL v3 will hopefully put a stop to Tivoization (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tivoization) too.

GPL = Freedom to use the program, but not the freedom to take it freedom away from others
