I've been swamped at work recently and have been housesitting for someone who only has 56k internet when I do have time to get online, so I haven't had much chance to bring my plans for this LoCo team to your attention (of course nothing is set in stone and I want it --always-- to be a community process). Soon I'll have some time to breathe and will get the wiki page fleshed out, etc.
