But One thing I do know for sure, the low class pc's are outdated technology,$400-$600, wich is one of the most common .

Reading that petition, it looks like it was the financial part of Dell that was causing all the problems....even though this has nothing to do with that other investigation by the Security and Exchange Commission, according to the article, it kind of sounds like the problems are related....

I'm glad I bought my Dell years ago before any of these problems seemed to have surfaced...
