I'm curious what fonts do you use (or prefer) in your GUI (Gnome, Kde etc)?

My choice is Sans, it's clear and smooth.:)

Deja Vu sans condensed in all it's many forms.
I like:
1) Deja Vu sans condensed italic bold version for window title
2) Deja Vu sans condensed italic version (not bold) for application fonts. \\:D/
3) Deja Vu sans condensed (normal) for documents
4) Deja Vu sans condensed (bold) for desktop font

The standard Sabayon Fonts. They actually look better than the MS fonts.

I am trying out the new fonts from Redhat that can replace "mscorefonts" and I really like them!

Bitstream Vera. I'm not completely happy with it since all characters are surrounded by a very thin layer of colorful junk, but I'm too lazy to try something else.

I'm not crazy about Liberation Sans or especially Liberation Mono, but Liberation Serif is A-okay! I've made it my default Firefox font. It looks much better on screen than Times New Roman and especially the default "Serif."

I'm loving Mukti Narrow 8 in xubuntu. I have checked all three boxes for anti-aliasing, hinting, and sub-pixel hinting. I also use it set to Slight and RGB. My font in my menus, menubars, and Thunar File System look incredible.

Then, I also have my smooth fonts enabled with the script from the wiki, so in my Terminal I use Monospace 10 Bold, and in my Mousepad I use Monospace 12, and they both look beautiful.
