View Full Version : How to discard "Discard changes?"

I am new to the Ubuntu forums (2 posts, one asking, one
helping) which I read in the Galeon browser set with Javascript
on but Java off.

Each time I close a tab showing a Ubuntu-forum page, Galeon pops
up a window saying "Discard changes? This page contains changes
that have not been submitted". Closing Galeon is
time-consuming, since I have to click on "Discard Changes" 20
times to exit the 20 Ubuntu-forum tabs that I have open.

I also browse the Gentoo Forums, and this does not happen there.
I realize that I may have something mis-set with the browser, and
I seek advice on how to fix it. Thank you.

(Have I chosen the correct forum for posting?)

Never used Galean but you may want to make that clear in the topic. Also, are you sure there is not a checkbox you can check to have the answer you give be the default? Also, check your preferences.
