I used to play a game on the Acorn Archimedes called !SpaceWar (it was inspired by the famous Spacewar game).
I've been trying to get a project together over on sourceforge, but trying to find serious people isn't all that easy. So now I'm looking anywhere I can to find someone serious about helping me get a basic version running.
The game is a simulation of a planetary system (in 2D). There are different sized planets, and two static players, one on the left and one on the right. The players take turns to try to shoot each other with missiles. The missiles are affected by the gravity of the planets and this is what makes the game interesting and great fun.
This page:

contains details of the old game !SpaceWar and screenshots, there is also a video here (although its in wmv format):

All I want to do to start with is find a developer to get a basic version (a straight clone of the original !SpaceWar) working - the language is negotiable.
Thanks
