Need a solution

Ok so I need an internet solution here for a website.

I need to take a phone conversation, buffer it and stream it live on a website. So basically calling in, later we would like to turn this into a podcast.

Surely this has been done before, any ideas?

There is lots of streaming hardware. How the hell are you going to hook up the phone to the computer though?
