Netbeans install borked?!?

I found net beans in synaptic and installed it, got a message in the terminal that said I needed to download from the netbeans site. So I closed the terminal and downloaded and installed that way.

Now, every time I install or uninstall anything else I get the same erreo message about netbeans.
Any one know of a way to purge this?? As I have uninstalled netbeans untill I can sort this out.

Any thoughts?
