In my opinion it wasn't anywhere near fair, balanced, or comprehensive. But the asterisks did state that at the bottom, didn't they. But it was a short, decent read..

it is not possible to write a 'fair' and 'balanced' Linux vs Windows article because 'fair' and 'balance' are subjective.

LOL, the Steve Ballmer video is rather hilarious. I really kept waiting for him to fall or something.

As for this article being fair and balanced....I'm not so sure about that. I did read a more fair and balanced one at Slashdot...at least it seemed so to me.

This one is pretty long, but worth the read. I think that even though the guy states he's a big fan of Vista, I think it did a good job at leaning towards the middle of things. In the end you see he's still more Windows sided, but he did do a lot of justice for Ubuntu, I almost think that he may never give up Ubuntu. It would be interesting to email this guy a few months from now and ask him if he's still using Ubuntu.
