Hi guys, my name is Fabio and I write from Italy, so I'm sorry if my english language is not so correct, but i'll try to do my best..
My question is link to wubi installer (exe)
I've read that apart win xp, this installer must have a lot of problem in the other platform..
I have windows 98 SE.
Can also I install this?

you can get the latest wubi here: http://cutlersoftware.com/ubuntusetup/latest.html

and it only works on Windows XP according to the official FAQ.

Oh thanks! sorry..than I've seen a specific section for wubi..

yeah..thank you..So there is no way to lunch it on my old pc?
I think I will choose the cd installation..thnaks..

That's rather outdated info; it works on any windows version except Vista, currently

Also, the standard Wubi is rather limited when using Win9x (disk size is limited to 4 GB) so you may want to use this version: http://www.cutlersoftware.com/ubuntusetup/wubi/downloads/experimental/wubi-7.04-netboot.exe

It's basically the same as the cd-based install, only it doesn't need a cd. Partitioning is required; it installs on a real partition, not a loopmounted file.
