Hi,
Sofar I've found the whole Ubuntu experience to be a pretty mind blowing one.
I feel like I'm participating in the history of my times by using a linux distro in the same way that 16th century protestants could read their own bible written in the vernaculars instead of relying on the Catholic priesthood (microsoft et al).
I guess I'm equating the open source movement with the protestant reformation.
Discuss!
;-)
I'm finding this to be a deeply meaningful and elevating experience. I'd like to thank Canonical and the dedicated participants in the Ubuntu community for making this happen for ordinary blokes like me.
