I'm going to try to create a blog on blogspot (it used to be on MSN Spaces, but then I read their TOS and i dont want to get sued) that is totally dedicated to microsoft vs. open source.

what was it about MSN Spaces' TOS that prohibited you from posting this on their servers? Just curious.

I don't think it explicitly said that, but lines like "anything that is capable of hurting Microsoft" can translate into that.
