I noticed that Canonical was offering personal AND enterprise support, and that the personal support was extremely affordable. However, now the website has changed and they don't appear to offer personal support anymore. You can go to ubuntu.com, click Support, and see what I mean as far as paid support options. It only lists prices for Enterprise users now.
I needed to call so that I could pay someone because of the bug I list here and which I also posted on Launchpad.
